Mr. Robinson brings over 30 years of experience in private practice, government investigations, and representation of public and private companies and individuals in a wide assortment of transactional matters and commercial disputes.
Mr. Robinson represents private and public companies, hedge funds, and private equity funds, and is often brought in by clients to act as an Outside General Counsel. As a former public company Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer, he has directed mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, complex litigation, SEC compliance, complex corporate governance issues, and employment matters. Mr. Robinson's litigation experience includes private practice, government, and public company handling of internal investigations, securities litigation, class actions, white-collar matters, employment disputes, and intellectual property and banking litigation.
